We are looking for talented, driven individuals to fill the following roles:

As a Shipping & Export Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products reach our clients on time and meet all required standards. You will handle shipment documentation, coordinate with clients and shipping agents, and work closely with internal teams to proactively address and resolve any shipping-related issues.

Responsibilities:

Manage shipment documentation and ensure compliance with clients’ requirements.
Coordinate with clients, shipping agents, and internal teams to manage deliveries.
Troubleshoot and resolve any shipping issues to ensure timely and smooth delivery.

Our Sales & Marketing Executive will be the face of Soonlinmas, presenting our products to both existing and potential clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about client relations and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, address their queries promptly, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate and present our products to current and prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Procurement Coordinator will manage our purchase orders and schedule deliveries to support our imports & exports. This role requires a strong focus on cost management, reporting, and supplier management. You will play a key role in sourcing quality products and coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth and cost-effective procurement operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee purchase order management and coordinate delivery schedules for exports.
Monitor and manage procurement costs and prepare regular reports.
Source new products and manage relationships with suppliers to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.

As an Accounts Assistant, you will support our finance team by maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting with audits. This role is essential in ensuring that all financial transactions are documented correctly and comply with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, update ledgers, and document financial transactions.
Assist in preparing financial reports, support audits, and perform accounting tasks as needed.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
